Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft form.
Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization.
Support Finance manager in running finance department smoothly and efficiently
Make sure verification of all the accounts record
Responsible to submit the financial report to the finance manager for compilation, review and onwards submission to the management.
Make sure all the records / accounts / financial transactions are booked in time and properly.
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Support in preparing financial statements
Process vendors invoices, keep proper track records
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data in Quick Books
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits (if any )
Track bank deposits and payments
