Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom, or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• At-least 08 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization.

• 05 years’ experience in internet banking & mobile application handling is a must.

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Having a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Having excellent listening and enquiring skills to be able to understand issues when explained by someone without technical knowledge.
• Being able to explain issues to coworkers, staff members, or clients in a clear and concise manner, using non-technical language.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Assessing issues in a timely manner; and meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service skills.

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• To Work on Internet Banking / Mobile App design, implementation and operations.
• To coordinate with vender(s) regarding Internet and Mobile Banking.
• To Supervise SIT, UAT, Go-Live and pilot run strategy in implementation.
• To Ensure proactive and collaborative approach to prevent delays and bottlenecks, escalate issues timely for resolution.
• To Communicate with branches and IT teams as and when required for smooth operation.
• To coordinate with all relevant business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring multi-platform solutions.
• To Execute the role under SBP Enterprise Technology Governance & Risk Framework (ETGRM).

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
