The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position.

Position: Islamic Product Development.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Bachelor/ Master degree in Islamic Banking/Finance/Economics/Accounting/Commerce or any equivalent relevant degree from HEC recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 8 years diversified Islamic Banking experience out of which 03 years exclusively in Islamic Banking.

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Understanding of Islamic Banking Assets and Liabilities products and process flows.
• Skills of M.S. Office and English Writing skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and review Islamic Assets & Liabilities products in accordance with 

     (i) Memorandum of Association of the Bank    (ii) Decisions of BOD   (iii) SBP Prudential Regulations.

• Interact with various departments/divisions/field offices of the Bank as well as outside the Bank to get feedback/suggestions for market research and development of new Islamic products and attending to different queries in this regard.
• Arranging of inspection and audit pertaining to Islamic Banking Products.
• Coordinate with IT in connection with development and configuration of relevant software to place necessary checks as per requirements of the products. 
• Ensure Compliance of SBP code of conduct regarding Product Development.
• Coordination with Shariah Board and State Bank of Pakistan
• Perform any other job assigned by the higher management.

Eligibility
