Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Academic / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor / Master (or above) Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering, Telecom, or related disciplines duly recognized by HEC.
• Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.

Experience:

• At-least 05 years of post-qualification relevant professional experience in comparable position in a reputed private/public sector organization
• 02 years of experience in MIS department/Digital channel management or digital product development, a deep understanding of digital channels Experience working in the agile methodology.

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required:

• Having a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Outline of Main Duties / Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluating Business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, developing and implementation of solutions.
• Providing support in scope of new projects, development of project charters, contract Management.
• Acquires, maintains and applies advanced knowledge of the business, its products and processes, and an academic understanding of Product Management.
• Managing KPI plans for digital platforms.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to finalize operational plans and project list.
• Collaborates with marketing and other stakeholders to drive effective strategies for achieving digital goals.
• Acquires, maintains and applies advanced knowledge of the business, its products and processes, and an academic understanding of Product Management.
• Creation and maintenance of MIS for a digital products, income and volume for management view and compliance.

Eligibility:

• Applicant should have minimum 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable or 60% marks where percentage (conventional system) applies.
