Ideate, develop and execute short and long form video content for campaigns and storytelling with the digital marketing team
• Conceptualize and develop original and creative ideas
• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
• Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery
• Ensuring all visuals are consistent on brand and following guidelines across every channel and media
• Production of videos like webinars, online courses, online product demos and promotional videos
• Owning the overall process of video production from ideation, planning, shooting, lighting, sound recording and editing
• Determining what type of equipment to use; Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props
• Perform post-production work
• Identifying emerging trends in video production
• Working together with cross functional teams
• Resource planning recruitment and key talent development
We are looking for:
• BA/BFA/Masters in Multimedia Design
• 5-7 years’
experience Skills:
• Experience at a creative advertising agency or production studio
• Have pre-production, production and post production experience
• Sophisticated sense of digital design, composition, typography and strong, strategic conceptual skills
• Effectively communicate creative concepts
• Quick responses to changing direction and changing feedback
• Self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Ability to manage project workload and time for revisions and approvals
• Must be flexible and have a willingness to compromise when needed
• Ready and willing to go an extra step for your work and your team
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects and any other video editing software)
