ZDigitizing is seeking an Outbound Marketer to grow his client base. This role will support the marketing team as we work together to build emailing and marketing strategies that drive positive ROI opportunities and differentiate ZDigitizing in the market. Your contribution towards marketing management, email strategy development, products or services promotion and market research are essential to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction through different email strategies

• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referral

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Market Research to get the warm leads and use service knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to new prospects

• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email

• Create different marketing strategies to promote services and offer of the company

Requirements:

• 30+ typing speed

• Minimum graduate.

• Minimum 1 year experience is must.

• Ability to formulate ideas and solutions synthesizing information in real time

• Must be proficient in English speaking & writing to deal with foreign clients

• Proficient business email writing and handling

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

• Ability to translate Customer insights into Tactical marketing plans

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings, as deadlines warrant.
