Project Coordinator

ZEPCOM is a leading technology consulting and services company working with clients in North America and Western Europe. We aim to provide high value services to our clients by synergic technology and business acumen.

Our recent growth in enterprise e-commerce and big data consulting business units have created a few openings in our Project Management Office. We are looking to induct 2 Project Coordinators to help facilitate project deliveries to our clients.

The Role:

As a Project Coordinator you will be the link between our clients, development teams, creative teams, business analysts and quality assurance. You will lead projects from start to finish and assist with pre-sales activities including time and cost estimations along with devising a project execution plan for optimal project delivery. The role will mainly include:

Assistance with pre-sales activities
Project planning, design and execution
Resource allocation management including management of peak resources
Collaboration with technical lead and business analysts
Client coordination and timely reporting
Project risk management and planning
Testing and requirements matching
Project sign-off reporting and feedback both internal and client side
Coordinating SCRUM teams

The Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal candidate will have experience handling enterprise e-commerce/big data projects from start to finish as project coordinator Excellent written and verbal communication skills are very important for this role. The ideal candidate would have:

2-3 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator
Well versed with Agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of complete SDLC
Very good with requirement analysis and estimations
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Team working abilities and a Can-Do attitude
A degree (Ideally a Masters) in business or IT majors
