We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant / Data Entry Officer to join a confectionery trading company. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient data entry of financial information into our SAP systems. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience, specifically in SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, into SAP systems.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate reports and assist in financial analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with established accounting procedures and regulations.
- Assist with other accounting tasks and provide support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, specifically using SAP software.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
