Role Summary:

We are looking to setup a team that will be our connection to the business world using telephone or any social media too.
The purpose of this team will be two folds – to promote ourselves in the newer medias intelligently and keep our message alive and to connect to our customers to support the sales team and to get information from time to time. This job relates to the individual that will set up the team, train them and will lead them.
Due to the dual nature of work, this workstream will have a mix of sales and awareness KPIs.
Management of company presence on tools like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. and being able to generate attractive content to keep us active in this social space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Setup digital marketing department and lead it effectively
Setup a mechanism where the team interacts with new/existing customers to increase sales (phone)
Forwarding sales lead generated through social media to respective sales agent
Design digital media campaigns that align with business goals
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and social media pages) with other teams
Establish the brand's web presence to boost brand awareness
Liaise with Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Maintain and manage all our social media channels
Regularly track and get insights into competitor’s strategies
Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends

Content qualification and presentation
Telesales team management
