A leading Retail Grocery Store is hiring HR & Admin Executive with at least three years’ experience.
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records dealing with customer queries and complaints overseeing pricing and stock control.
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers.
Greet and assist customers as necessary when other sales associates are busy
Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical and practical condition to ensure quality
Maintain product levels appropriately
Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence.
Process sales when necessary
Generate and review daily sales report
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Schedule and organize interviews
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies
Promote workplace safety.
Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems.
Organize the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits when positions are transferred or new positions are funded through contribution agreements and other special funding arrangements.
Perform other related duties as required
