A-     Role Summary:

The Key Accounts Executive shall be primarily responsible for proactively offering support to the department head on current & anticipated business needs. Incumbent shall be responsible for optimization of sales deals by making corporate presentations while taking approved profit margin into consideration. This role shall be responsible to coordinate with internal teams(NOC/finance) to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs. The incumbent shall be focusing on sustaining post-sales long term relationship with all key business partners to ensure company’s success.

B-     Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Making business post-sales proposals & coordinating win-win deal with counterparts by agreeing on approved revenue and destination pricing
  • Issue customer rates and update key account’s offered rates on system
  • Meeting company goals by building post-sales relationship with Key Accounts
  • Support clients in achieving their targets by seeking guidance from the Senior Management while ensuring smooth coordination with support departments
  • Coordinate with signing authority for getting the agreements signed and onboarding Key Accounts
  • Guiding NOC team for doing interconnection arrangements of each key account
  • Coordinate with sales team for cost improvement in order to maximize company’s margins
  • Coordination with network operations center for resolving technical issues, provisioning and routing of traffic
  • Coordinate with finance and billing teams for credit limits and monitoring of account balance
  • Daily monitoring of Key Accounts performance and preparing reports to balance inbound and outbound traffic
  • Forecasting and analysis of business deals with key accounts
  • Converting leads into profitable business

C-      Job Specifications:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited university
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience at similar position
  • Must have good command on MS Office
  • Must have business acumen
  • Ability to read between the lines
  • Attention to detail
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to support senior management in C-Level negotiations
