· Daily Traffic

· Route Performance (Delivery rate %)

· SDR Look up

· Resolve/escalate trouble tickets

Establishing bind with vendor/customer.

· SMPP interconnection form

· VPN Details

Opening Trouble Tickets with the suppliers and platform vendor.

Skills/Competency:

Proficient in MS Office, Professional Email drafting, SMPP connection, SS7 – Sigtran connection, VPN connection, Maria DB, Mongo DB & MySql, Kannel, Restcomm, Ksmpp, Strongswan, Redhat linux certified.

Language:

Proficient in English
