This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
Developing growth strategies and plan
Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)
Ability to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns both Digital and Conventional
Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools for better and optimize digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email marketing, social media and display and search advertising).
Managing and Retaining relationships with existing clients
Increasing client base
Communicating new prospective clients
Writing Business proposals
Negotiating with stakeholders
Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
Futuristic approach and following industry trends locally and internationally
Drafting, Finalizing and Reviewing contracts with clients
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Writing reports on projects and also to report on successes and areas needing improvements
Providing management with feedback

HR Related Responsibilities

Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record leaves)
Prepare HR Documents like employment contracts and new hiring etc.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports on HR related issues
Assist Finance department in making of payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves record, absence, sick days, work schedules, fines etc.)
Arrange travel, accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR Projects (e.g. trade testing, HR delegation management, job fairs etc.)
