Job Functions

Plan- Contributes to team in preparing a functional specification and the design process.

Build- Develop a challenging role including every aspects of implementing AX solutions from presales to go-live and on-going support.

Stabilize- Test solution to check the operation under realistic environmental conditions and resolve issues for deploying.

Deploy - Ensure to meet the expected outcome to the customer and bringing the project to success.

Competencies

Develop good rapport with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
Expert in Preparing pre-design documentation and offering holistic solutions with client requirements and requests
Identifying opportunities to improve the functionality of the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the acceptance of Dynamics AX
Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics AX Trade and Logistic modules
Defining AX enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms which a developer can use for AX enhancements
Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy
Communicating issues and project tasks with appropriate personnel
Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for end users
Working with customers to facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics modules
Provide structured feedback and guidance to the training team for augmentation of the training materials.
Delighting the customers with exceptional customer service
Pre-sales assistance when required
Implementation planning and the delivery of value added work, to scope, deadline and budget
Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design
Business and systems analysis and documentation
Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
Application configuration and setup
Provide system training to both internal and external clients
Development and delivery of testing strategies
Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
Managing change control
Design and execution of data migration strategies
Go-live and post-live support
Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead
