Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and appropriate experience
0-1 years of experience in lead generation preferable in software based companies
Preferably cold calling experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
Quick learner and adept at developing and maintaining detailed administrative processes
Team player who enjoys the challenge of obtaining new leads
Ability to organize own workload with excellent time-management skills
Ability to initiate high-level interactive business conversations with key decision makers
Ability to create interest and build value by use of a multi-call inside sales process
Ability to identify and develop strategies to overcome obstacles in the decision making process
Highly motivated, driven and results oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Will be required to effectively manage all essential job duties and meet assigned deadlines
Job timings:- 3pm to 12am or 5pm to 2am
