Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Management

• Manage, nurture leads for our Sales team ensuring they have enough Sales Opportunities.

• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound sales lead opportunities.

• Asses leads and identify companies who will benefit from our products.

• Provide accurate and articulate information about Signature Tax products and services

• Maintain accurate, well organised Sales information on our Zoho CRM system.

2. Sales management

• Learn to communicate with SME’s and Large Corporations throughout the sales cycle.

• Efficient management of the Sales Process through Signature Tax processes.

• Confidently participate in the Sales process, demonstrating professionalism using the companies values and brand.

• Meet personal targets and work towards Signature Tax’s sales goals and profitability.

• Represent Signature Tax across Social media (Linkedin).

3. Communication

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with company directors who are potential customers via email and Linkedin to discover their business needs with the aim of passing them on to the Sales team.

• Work closely with the Sales Team manager to develop cooperative working relationships across departments.

• Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Sales managers, the sales team and senior management on request.

• Proficient in the use of Social media tools like Linkedin.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics

4. Product Knowledge

• Develop a strong product knowledge in regards Signature Tax’s proposition

• Understand how Signature Tax’s proposition will help potential customers, across multiple industries and sectors

Experience required

• Previous Sales Lead Gen experience preferred but not required (Training provided).

• Experience of working within a team to achieve goals and working on own initiative.

• Can evidence a track recording of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets.

• Organisational skills, managing and maintaining Sales information using internal systems.

Required Skills

• The ideal candidate will have highly developed all round interpersonal skills.

• Excellent presentation, communication, networking and negotiating skills.

• Customer focused with a positive, highly motivated attitude

• Hardworking and driven to improve sales targets above and beyond.

• English language and literacy needed for communication with our clients.

• Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft systems, google and Social network tools.

• Good organisational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritise as necessary.

• Must be passionate about Sales and Lead generation

• Norwegian speaking a distinctive advantage

Technical Staff

A day in the life of a Research & Development

As a R&D, you’ll be incorporating both finance and corporate tax best practice into your work, managing a team with STEM background. Delivering high volume reporting (2-3 reports a week), you will have to be savvy in working with tech start-ups and SME’s.

• write R&D reports.

• Manage the overall workflow using our CRM tool

• Manage the end-to end R&D process as well as a small team.

• Interest in Business Development and adhoc project base work
