ZISK has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Investment Expert in Karachi. We are looking for an energetic person to join our team and promote the business by bringing-in investments from direct customers and use PR to penetrate into market - focusing on our property investment business. Work will include (but not limited to):

Follow-up with leads generated by marketing department to and convert them into property investors.
Implement effective on the ground sale techniques and develop new marketing campaigns to help promote sales.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties in treasuries, companies/firms, banks, investment firms to help promote brand awareness and to achieve sales targets.
Build a strong network and brand name to keep on increasing customer base.
Maintain a CRM register to ensure all leads, in particular high worth individuals or high potential investment leads (and the stage of sales cycle for each lead) are recorded.
Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the Company's sales targets are achieved and where required, provide feedback to the marketing team or follow instructions.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in a relevant sales/investment department ideally at an Investment Firm/Bank or Fund.
Proven track record of achieving results and building network showing a solid understanding of sales best practice.
Well-versed with sales trends and a know-how of customer satisfaction on achieving sales.
Be creative and proactive taking initiative to explore new ideas to reach out to new customers and businesses.
Fantastic attention to detail, confidence and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Qualification & Experience:

Strong education background
Relevant degree/certification
Minimum 1 years of work experience in a relevant department

Salary & Benefits:

Rs. 20,000 per month
Plus bonus of upto 50% on achieving specific sales target
