We are hiring a Human Resource Manager for our Denim Jeans export unit.

Responsibilities

Advertising, Screening, Interviewing and Hiring of new employees.
Management of existing employees
Maintaining disciplines and firing of unwanted workers.
Interaction & Compliance with Government regulatory bodies like EOBI, PESSI, Labor Dept., Health & Safety, Environment Dept. etc.,

Qualifications

Masters or Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resource Management.
Preferably a retired Army Officer
5+ years' experience in Human Resource Management
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong administrative and communication skills
