Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations
Monitor and review company’s project activities and ensure that they are brought to completion within scheduled period of time and budget
Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth
Create new strategies for marketing and monitoring QC and QA measures
Build effective relationship with the clients so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization
Set up the business unit’s strategies for promotional activities
Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region
Coordinate with other teams in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation
Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and
Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
Coordinate with teams to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches.
Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
Design policies that align with overall strategy and implement efficient processes and standards.
Coordinate customer service and sales operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefit.
Report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
