We are currently seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with React.js and a strong background in backend development. Experience with Spring Boot is highly advantageous. As a React.js Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our user-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.

Develop user-facing features and components using React.js, ensuring high-quality and performant code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications.
Build reusable and scalable code for future use, ensuring code optimization and efficiency.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, adhere to best practices, and improve team productivity.
Identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth application performance.
Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the team.
Work closely with the backend development team to integrate frontend and backend functionality.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.
Familiarity with ECMAScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development practices.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Proficient in using Git or other version control systems.
Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Parcel, or Babel.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
Knowledge in backend development.
Understanding of backend technologies and databases such as Java, SQL, and NoSQL.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working in a collaborative remote team environment.
