We are currently looking for Recruiters who can join us from Pakistan.
Recruit as per the company needs.
Job postings on Various platforms.
Responsible for managing assigned recruitment through all phases of the recruitment cycle
Follow ups, emailing and calling on a daily basis along with interacting with clients.
Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested
Assist the Departmental Human Resources team as required
Screen up-and-comers' resumes and requests for employment
Post responsibilities to proper occupation sheets on the web
Prepare every day work reports and report it to the director
Assist in performing personal investigations for shortlisted up-and-comers
Act as a resource for the up-and-comer
Always advance the organization as the best work environment
Source applicants by means of social and expert systems administration destinations
Ability to work with various divisions and encourage cooperation
Identify and resolve issues in an ideal way
Excellent PC abilities alongside oral and composed relational abilities
Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building abilities
Basic information on work laws
Experience with enlistment for various sorts of profiles
Skills in record keeping and information base administration
