Job Description

  • 1-2 years of experience in Order Management, International Procurement, Logistics or Sales Support
  •  Working knowledge of Excel i.e., Pivot tables, etc.
  • Working knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, or order fulfillment
  • College degree required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated resource management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

List critical processes this individual will undertake to achieve targeted results.

1.      Perform tasks in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX)

  • Changing warehouse – must work with various teams to track inventory
  • Rolling back orders for Sales team to cancel or modify orders
  • Removing Hold to Complete and releasing available inventory to ship
  • Change reserved inventory between sales orders
  • Research and communicate why orders are not shipping; provide instructions on how to fix order and complete shipments.
  • Develop diverse knowledge of AX processes to utilize in troubleshooting situations.
  • Compare 3PL inventory on hand against inventory in our ERP and escalate variances to Supply Chain.
  • Compare sales orders activated against shipping reports received and escalate variances to OM.
  • Inventory Receipts into ERP
  • Printing collates/orders/picklists.
  • Processing shipments out of ERP
  • Processing RA’s and RPO’s
  • Creation of PO’s
  • Weekly and monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Receiving_Auto checking, shipping (administrative)
  • Receiving_Automated portion of auto-check
  • Determine/investigate open shipments!
  • Additional duties and responsibilities will be assigned based on the business needs and conditions

2.     Manage Request (ERP) and email queue

  • Proactively monitor and work email queue 
  • Route requests to appropriate parties when necessary

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:  Bachelors/master’s in management sciences or Supply Chain Management

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to work in a team environment and at the highest level of independent contribution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent customer focus
  • Experience in handling a high volume of inbound inquires.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and math skills are required.
