Job Description

• ·       Create Projects in Tenrox

  ·       Maintain Projects in Tenrox

  ·       Invoice and Close Projects in Tenrox

  ·       Assist with processing of partner invoices

  ·       Provide support to Project Managers and Leadership as needed

   

     Skills Required

  ·       Basic knowledge of IT concepts

  ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  ·       Good communication skills both verbal and written

  ·       Detail oriented

  ·       Experience with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) Tool helpful

  ·       Strong problem solving skills
