Job Responsibilities
1. Construct, manage and maintain the overseas regional platform (subsidiaries and permanent office);
2. Assist the staff recruitment ,training, performance,salary management and the daily management of the personnel administration;
3.Maintain the relationships between regional subsidiaries and local business companies
4. Support and cooperate with major projects in the region.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is Human Resource Management.
2. Fluent in Chinese or English; Some Chinese is required..
3. Good communication skills, good organizational coordination ability, strong implementation capacity, good at teamwork.
4. At least 2 years administration or HR working experience in large companies is preferred
