Who We Are:
A leading digital company is looking for Sales a Supervisor for its in-house Call Centre based in Bahria Town, Phase 4. The Sales Supervisor will be required to do dialing to local businesses in Urdu between 9 am to 5 pm, in addition will be required to hire, train and manage the Tele Sales Team.
As a high-performing Sales Supervisor, you will be required to help meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Excellent communication skillswith superior people skills are a must. You will be presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with any complaints and doubts with rebuttals.
· Achieving growth and hit the sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Planning to ensure achievement of team and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
· Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales representatives to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
· Provide on-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
· Proven sales track record
· Must be proficient in Urdu & fluent in English
· Must be target oriented, with professional conduct
· Previous sales experience to local businesses is a plus
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be Computer & Internet literate
· Salary: PKR 25,000 Plus Commission
