Responsibilities:

Must have Strong knowledge of IT and Networking.
Troubleshooting technical issues, Diagnosing and repairing faults, and keep systems updated.
Network and server maintenance, monitoring, and development.
Directs and coordinates the local implementation of IT operations and support.
Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
Creating and maintaining documentation and asset databases
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
Create technical support documentation for systems and applications
An ideal candidate should be self-starter, can work independently.

Skills:

Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Knowledge of current trends and developments in information technology.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
