Job Description:
· We are seeking an Admissions Officer / Office Coordinator with strong organizational and administration skills.
· We require someone with a strong people focus and commitment to building relationships both internally and externally.
· You will responsible for providing all-around support with office facilities and assisting other staff members in their various duties.
Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring the office runs efficiently, including liaising with facilities/premises management
· Providing reception support
· General office tasks including stationery and stock orders etc.
· Providing general administration support to all staff members.
· Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
· Assisting with events management & Education/Career Expos

Skills and experience
· Previous work experience in the Australian education sector is preferred but not mandatory
· Excellent communication, quick learning and the ability to multi-task
· Competent with MS office
