Responsibilities:

Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payable and receivable.
Record all Financial Transactions in Customized Software.
Can able to prepare Weekly & Monthly Reconciliations.
Data Verification.
Follow-up Recovery of Receivables from Sales Staff.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Software..
Must have relevant experience or qualification.
Must be flexible in timings.
Can manage work independently and quick decision maker.
Ability to handle work pressure.
Must be sharp and active to handle the different situation.
