Responsibilities:

· Managing customers and their inquiries.

· Initiate and manage the sales process.

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Must be active and energetic.

· Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Software.

· Must have relevant experience or qualifications.

· Ready to work in night shift.

· Possess good communication skills.

· Can manage work independently and quick decision maker.
