Requirements:

"The ideal candidate has to be highly motivated, positive thinker, keen observer, self assured and experienced in client/customer handling and information analysis".
The incumbent is required to initiate communication through emails and calls for customer information providing and introduction of the organization's support services being provided.
Transfer atleast five calls to senior closers/ supervisors on a daily basis for further processing and sales generation by the closers and team lead.
The incumbent shall be the presenter and the face of the organization through voice over internet protocol and should be able to read through the script in their own language following the points in the script.
Obtain information about the customer's injury / accidents history and reciprocate it in writing before transferring calls to the senior supervisor.
Excellent communication skills and fast learning is a major requirement.
Partial pick and drop allowance shall be provided for females employees.
