The Sales and Support is a department that works internationally on Outbound Sales & Support calls.

You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way.Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
