Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized reports and dashboards using various analytics tools
- Interact with stakeholders to gather and interpret report requirements
- Translate Business Requirement Documents into deliverables
- Utilize effective data visualization techniques
- Participate in different stages of the report development lifecycle
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- At least three years of designing, creating & report writing experience, using a report engine like SRS, Tableau, PowerBI, IBM Cognos, Izenda or similar reporting & BI tools.
- Proficient in SQL and relational database models
- Strong analytic skills; organized and detail oriented
- Ability to interpret business report needs and translate those requests into report designs. This includes demonstratable experience in analyzing transactional tables, visualizing and then building the data models needed to create reports and dashboards that will be of value to customers
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Desired Skill Set
- Experience using Izenda a big plus.
- Experience using MySQL and TSQL.
- Experience with HTML & CSS, for completely custom reports.
- Knowledge of banking industry.
