Duties and Responsibilities
- Support clients using our Cloud Phone System (VoIP), SIP Trunks, Fixed Line Services, Broadband, Leased Lines Support and Troubleshooting experience of DSL, WAN, LAN, ADSL to a 1st line level
- Raising technical support cases against telephone and email requests
- Ensure tickets are dealt and responded to within Service Level Agreement Troubleshooting and performing diagnostics to determine problem, testing, and providing solutions to business users
- Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
Skills desirable for the role:
- Experience of working in a helpdesk environment is desirable but not a 'must-have'Be able to work well as part of a team as well as on your own
- Eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal skills Quick learner and someone who shows a willingness to take on issues so they may improve their own knowledge
- An awesome customer service skills, be the customer champion
