Assistance in Employee Attendance and payroll management

  • Employees monitoring for assisting compliance with policies and HR reporting.
  • Assistance in general day to day HR Operations across the company.
  • HR Correspondence and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Assistance in HR initiatives and other creational projects assigned.
  • To ensure day to day HR operations are performed with accuracy and timely.
  • Must have technical knowledge and have previously used HR management tools.
  • The job would require to manage hiring, firing and retaining more than 400 company employees.
  • The job would also require legal knowledge of the industry and the Human Resources. management best practices.

Job Requirements

  •  Confident and pleasant personality.
  •  Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
  •  BBA/MBA from reputed university.
  •  2+ years of relevant experience in HRM.
  •  HR certification SHRM/CIPD (preferred but not mandatory).
  •  Excellent English communication skills.
  •  Excellent emotional intelligence and decision-making skills.
