ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Arranging meetings and closing deals at face-to-face meeting or over the phone.
  • Maintaining good customer relationships and professional network.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
  • Educate self and deliver presentations to customers about AAA’s projects, products, and services.
  • Ensure the availability of units for sales and demonstrations.
  • Represent AAA Associates in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Take preemptive measures to identify issues that might arise during dealing.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Knowledge of MS office suite
