Job description

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

Having experience of Real Estate is a must.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Arranging meetings and closing deals at personal meeting or over the phone.
Maintaining good customer relationships and professional network.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
Educate self and deliver presentations to customers about AAA’s projects, products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of units for sales and demonstrations.
Represent AAA Associates in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Take preemptive measures to identify issues that might arise during dealing.
