To manage the smooth operation of HVAC equipments.
To coordinate & monitoring HVAC suppliers work to ensure quality and progress of work is as per schedule.
To resolve the customer complaint problem regarding the HVAC in client site.
Ensuring that the subordinates follow the safety rules.
Assign rotation duties of subordinates.
Verify records related to HVAC on daily basis.
Execution of routine & preventive maintenance of HVAC equipments.
Identify the training needs regarding the HVAC.
To check & verify the records on daily basis.
To monitor the subordinate jobs on daily basis.
