Conduct training for new and current employees and develop training plans for underperforming sales persons.
Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.
Conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment) survey and formulate training plan accordingly.
Design and construct training manual, which includes required training material used for the projects.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure reflect any changes.
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in sales development.
