- Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmers
- Managing budgets
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Maintaining quality standards
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
- Maintaining fitness equipment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintaining customer service standards
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies.
- The amount of contact with customers and staff varies according to the size of Branch:
