Perform In-Bound - Out Bound Calls to investors on daily basis.

  • Correspondence with investors.
  • Distribution of daily and monthly instruments.
  • Responsible for sending monthly and yearly account statement.
  • Responsible for maintain logs and call to returns courier.
  • Responsible for release SMS and EMAIL on expired CNIC.
  • Responsible for release letters, SMS & email for resigned staff.
  • The position is responsible for all call center and investor services activities.
  • Coordination with operations department regarding transactional issues.
  • Coordination with IT department regarding online services issues.
  • Work closely with Regional Heads and Area Managers regarding investor queries and complaints.
