Acclivousbyte a Software House in Lahore is looking for a talented HR person to hire as an HR Executive The candidate must possess:

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant personality.
Strong Persuasive and analytical skills are required for effective and in time decision making.

Responsibilities:

A very good understanding of developing and implementing HR Policies, Procedures & Processes
Responsible for Employee Engagement and motivation, grievance handling, building employee Morales through events and entertainment
Managing Complete Recruitment process including Rigorous Headhunting and posting on different job portals.
Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
Responsible for Performance Management
Responsible for Payroll management
Maintain attendance record
Maintain leave record
