Accurox Ltd looking for an experienced & confident Female “Assistant Admin”, for our Lahore office.  We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative tasks, including providing support to our managers and employees. The candidate should be efficient in multi-tasking with excellent customer service skills for smooth day-to-day office operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage clients with efficient customer service

  • Appropriately answer all incoming calls & route them to related departments

  • Assist manager human resources in attendance & leave records

  • Maintain records & office files

  • Act as a point of contact for external & internal clients


Requirements:



  1. Education: Atleast bachelor's from a well-reputed university

  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as office administrator

  3. Skills: Strong Communication Skills (written & Verbal), Attention to detail, Excellent Customer Service Skills, multi-tasking abilities & Proficiency in MS Office. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
