· Research potential vendors

· Review quality of purchased products

· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

· Market survey to be update about the item being purchased.

· Making comparative statement before purchase and getting approval from HOD’s.

· Timely issuance of POs to relevant vendors/suppliers and keep track of their delivery times.

· Keep track of the dispatch information and store receiving of material

· Arranging transportation for local material.

· Any other task assigned by HOD
