A Business Unit Manager will be a resource who would be running a team of 30 to 50 personnel in which he/she shall be leading from the front in terms of recruitment, coaching them, developing them and making them a productive asset for the unit and for the organization and could serve the market with proper services.- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Initial Screening Interviews- Recruitment and Selection of Sales team- Daily Activity Task- Business Development- Daily Joint Field Visits- Daily Monitoring- Weekily One to One- Target Setting- Business Strategy- Productivity and Development of Team- Personal Business Development targets
