The main purpose of the job is to provide backend application support to all users.
Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of hands on experience with sound knowledge of ERP and PL-SQL.
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for the analysis of new/existing product according to business practices and documentation.
Responsible for helpdesk calls support and patch updating in application from vendor.
Responsible for application user trainings and provide them assistance time to time.
Responsible for testing of new/existing product in ERP system with respect to business practices.
To provide assistance in implementing multiple modules.
