Responsibilities:

To manage an effective development of talent pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.
To counsel the employees on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
To ensure organograms are updated.
To develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment agencies, industry professionals/ organizations and educational institutes.
To develop and roll out internship programs.
To ensure detailed reference checking on candidates are being made.
To ensure management of accurate and well-ordered documentation of all employees (personal files, employee records etc.).
To ensure all policies and procedures in the HR Manual are up to date and legally compliant.
To ensure preparation and compliance for internal and external audits.
To plan and manage day-to-day recruitment activities.
