Job Duties

  • Correspond with clients and carriers in a timely fashion
  • Process and track claims
  • Assist Client Account Managers in maintaining customer files via CRM and cloud storage systems
  • Issue certificates, process endorsements, and handle client billing needs
  • Participate in agency training programs
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Generate referrals and 5 star reviews from new and current book of business
  • Manage mail, phones and projects assigned
  • Cross selling agency accounts
  • Handle client issues in a patient and helpful manner
  • Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
  • Update customer information in databases
  • Consistently provide a unique customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience of 2 years or more
  • Basic understanding of insurance terminology
  • Strong commitment to customer, with the desire to provide exceptional service
  • Great communication and reasoning skills, written and verbal
  •  Present themselves at all times in a professional and dignified manner
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Internet connection: Fiber Optics 25mbps.
