Job Duties

Correspond with clients and carriers in a timely fashion
Process and track claims
Assist Client Account Managers in maintaining customer files via CRM and cloud storage systems
Issue certificates, process endorsements, and handle client billing needs
Participate in agency training programs
Develop and maintain client relationships
Generate referrals and 5 star reviews from new and current book of business
Manage mail, phones and projects assigned
Cross selling agency accounts
Handle client issues in a patient and helpful manner
Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
Update customer information in databases
Consistently provide a unique customer experience
