Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Timely monitoring and Payments of Bills and other receipts
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Managing Admin staff including Drivers, Janitors, Office Boys, and Security Guards
  • Maintenance and arrangement of Company transportation
  • Assessing Admin staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Manage schedules and deadlines as assigned by the Management
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and related vendor management
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, construction, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to Company policies and regulations
  • Maintains records and prepares reports relative to office expenses and assets
  • Booking of accommodation/ transport for Company Directors
  • Arranging Air-tickets and Visas for the Company Directors
  • Registration of all company cars and their annual renewal
  • Coordination and upkeep of Company Directors and foreign staff Residence and Security Arrangement

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Admin Manager or Admin Executive, preferably in a Factory setup
  • Competence to build and effectively manage Admin staff team
  • In-depth knowledge Admin Practices and Vendor Management
  • Willing to Travel and spend time between Lahore & Faisalabad as per Company requirement
