1. Facilitate daily office activities and maintain staff attendance, leave and absentee record.
2. Maintain Petty cash, Payment of Utilities bills and vender bills.
3. Prepare Payroll
4. Responsible for the overall function of office administration and record.
5. Conveys all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff regarding HR and Finance.
6. Monitors administrative aspects of the office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks.
7. Ensure attendance register maintain it on daily bases, keep the leave record of staff and share it with HR Manager on monthly bases.
