Responsibilities:

Keeping and update the QC reports.
Inspection at all stages of In-process products.
Preparing the Final Inspection reports.
Punching.
Material Inspections.
Taking Hardness test & PREPARING REPORTS.
Instrument Damage/Lost reports.
Issuance and maintaining the record of API cutting tips.
Issuance and maintain the log book for instrument.
Maintain the QC inventory.
Maintain the record of the third party inspection and calibration.
Verify the part numbers/serial numbers of assembled products and witness the product pressure testing.
Inspect the quality and paint thickness of product and its packing.
